So - here we are - Monday - somehow I'm at 242lbs - I don't understand this at all. I haven't been cheating, so I'm kind of flabbergasted. But most of all, I'm pissed off!
Normally - I'd eat a bag of chips - I can't help it, I love them.....
Tonight - I'm thinking about how much exercise I'd have to do to burn the amount of calories in a bag of chips - it's not pretty.
So instead of eating all those chips, I'm blogging - and it helps, it really does...
I've decided to officially cancel my challenge - and instead I'm joining Allan's.. his makes way more sense and really accomplishes what I wanted anyway.
I'll update more later... I'm finally sleepy...

It's so extremely frustrating, isn't it? Could this be due to increased muscle mass? That's what I always tell myself, anyway.
I just wrote a short entry about this problem yesterday. I stepped on the scale yesterday morning and it said I'd "gained" 4 pounds. Yet I'd lost another inch off my hips. This morning I stepped on the scale and those 4 pounds were magically gone. If my weight will fluctuate between 1 and 5 pounds from day to day for various reasons. If my weight fluctuates over 5 pounds then that's bad, otherwise I just ignore that fluctuation. The scale is just messing with you. It could be some extra sodium that made you retain fluid or food that doesn't digest as quickly...anything. So don't be discouraged! At least you're not going to eat that bag of chips so good for you. :)
It happens to the best of us! The weeks I felt like I didn't do so great resulted in some of the greatest losses! Don't allow yourself to feel upset about making positive changes! Keep doing your best and change is sure to follow! If change doesn't happen..then it's time to take inventory!
YAY! Glad you are on board with Allans challenge. I'm really excited about it.
:)
