I've been on the plan for a week.. the results are in.

Starting weight: 237.0lbs
Current weight: 231.4lbs
Loss: -5.6lbs

Awesome way to kick this off.  I'm itching to get into the 220's - I've got my eyes set on breaking 230 by next week.
